iPhone Webclip Icons for your Tumblr

More on getting your Tumblr nice for the iPhones!

From the original article:

  • Create a 57x57 PNG.
  • Name it “apple-touch-icon.png”
  • Throw it in the root folder of your website.

    • Because we are in Tumblr, and there is not FTP, you should throw it in another hosted space such as Google Pages.

    It needs to be tested anyway. I do not know if putting the icon in another webspace will work!

    And, a note from Apple guys:

    “Safari will automatically composite the icon with the standard “glassy” overlay so it looks like a built-in iPhone or iPod application.”
