At the moment there is no contact form in Tumblr. I do not know you, but I would like that people can contact me, perhaps to comment an article. The easiest solution is to put your email address in the description box, but at the same time you do not want that spam bot catch your email address. Hivelogic some years ago developed a neat tool to encode your email address, in order to protect it from spam bots. http://hivelogic.com/enkoder/form Fill in the form, and in return you will have something like this back:
