Federico Paparoni developed a Tumblr client for your mobile, called Tumbla. The page ATM is in Italian.

It is a J2ME application, that lets you:

• Post a text
• Post a quote with the source
• Upload an image with a text

So far, the application has been tested with few mobiles: Nokia N70, Nokia 6680, Sony Ericsson K800i. It should work on other mobiles too, as long as MIDP 2.0 and MMAPI are supported.
